Notes:  The CCAS website first started operation on February 24, 2000, running on the president's personal Internet account.  After two years of service, on February 6, 2003, the CCAS website started operating under its new domain name of ccastronomy.org.

For membership year 2007-2008:

Standard / Family rate:   $15 per person   no change as of 8-1-2007
Seniors Citizens: $12 per person   no change as of 8-1-2007
Students:   $12 per person   no change as of 8-1-2007

New members, children and adults, are welcome to join at anytime.
Payment is due in September; prorated for a partial starting year.
Please use the Membership Application & Renewal Form to submit your application
        8-1-2007:  Astro magazine subscriptions for 2008 confirmed, no change from 2007.
                       Magazine subscriptions MUST be submitted to the CCAS in September!

  Celestial Observer Newsletter

The CCAS Celestial Observer newsletter currently is not being published due to the CCAS not having a newsletter editor.

If you would like to be notified of CCAS news items, website updates and local and worldwide astronomy and space news, please send an email to ccas@ccastronomy.org to have your name placed on the CCAS webmaster's private email distribution list.  For reasons of privacy, recipients of CCAS News Bulletins do not see the email address of other recipients.

The electronic image of the CCAS patch logo was created in January 2006 by Ryan Hubbard while attending Cuesta College prior to transferring to Cal State Fullerton majoring in graphic arts.  Click on the image for a larger version.
