CCAS E-NEWS BULLETINS

Last Update: 3-30-2008

Jump down to the E-News Archive

Presented below is an archive of past CCAS E-News email bulletins for reference and sharing with other folks who may not be on distribution.  You need to have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed on your computer.  To download this free software, click on the Adobe Get Acrobat Reader image below.

CCAS E-News email bulletins are issued occasionally (sometimes weekly and sometimes daily if something unusual or exciting is happening) to a long (private) list of email recipients around San Luis Obispo County, California and the U.S.  These bulletins provide information about CCAS operations, meetings, star parties, presentations, public science education programs and other events occurring around SLO County and state, as well as information about what is happening on Earth and above Earth in astronomy and space exploration.

If you wish to be placed on email distribution, send an email to the CCAS providing your first and last names, city, and email address.  Be sure to state that you wish to be added to the E-News email distribution list.  It is recommended that you have your home email address on our distribution list, especially teachers and students, so that you will continue receiving email at home on weekends, during school breaks and summer break.  But, office email is just fine too.  Your choice.  Your email address is private, therefore it is not visible in the emails and is not placed on the web.
